CashXChain Closes Pre-Seed to Build the Money of Tomorrow
We've closed our pre-seed round. Here's what we're building and why it matters.
By Valentin Israel

Today we're proud to announce that CashXChain has closed its pre-seed round at a multi-million dollar valuation, backed by Bavarian Capital Management GmbH and Blue Lake Ventures GmbH. The round came together quickly and was oversubscribed. 🚀
This is an important milestone for us. But it isn't a finish line — it's the start of a marathon.
The problem we're solving
Sending money, especially across borders, is still slow and expensive for businesses. A single international payment often takes several days to arrive. It passes through a chain of banks and intermediaries, and every step along the way adds time and cost.
For a company paying a supplier, a contractor, or a partner in another country, this is a normal part of doing business — and it shouldn't be. Today you can send information anywhere in the world in seconds. Sending money should work the same way, but it still doesn't.
What we're building
CashXChain is building the infrastructure for the money of tomorrow: a simple way for businesses to send money anywhere in the world, fast and at low cost.
Payments stay fully regulated and secure, handled through our licensed partners. For the user, it's simply a payment that works.
Why this round matters
Closing a round like this isn't only an achievement. It's an obligation.
Our investors placed their trust in us, and now it's on us to deliver. We're building payments as fast as the world we live in — and having the backing to build it properly is exactly what changes now. It's a responsibility we take seriously, and one we're ready for.
Thank you
To our investors — thank you for believing in us early. To our partners, our team, and everyone building alongside us — thank you for backing this vision.
This is just the beginning. And the best is yet to come. 🌍
